Job description - Manage Infrastructure to ensure IT infrastructure works properly in Vietnam, at all sites for divisions: Genetics and Farm, Feed, Food Processing & Slaughterhouse & Joint-venture
- Install all network hardware and software and make needed upgrades and repairs
- Maintain network and computer system security and ensure that all systems are operating correctly
- Collect data in order to evaluate the network’s or system’s performance and help make the system work better and faster
- Add users to a network and assign and update security permissions on the network
- Train users on the proper use of hardware and software
- Solve problems when a user or an automated monitoring system informs them that a problem exists
- Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
- Test computer hardware and software performance
- Test internet performance
- Design integrated computer systems
- Design and implement DC, DR
- Implement security measures for computer or information systems
- Ensure required high availability of IT servers system
- Respond to and resolve requests.
- Receive & resolve ticket and join in projects
- Collaborate with others to resolve information technology issues
- Provide VIP IT support (case by case)
- Provide technical support for computer network issues
- Troubleshoot issues with computer applications or systems
- Prepare input, reports for, ICT Manager and Business Unit Management
- Prepares ad-hoc advice
- Perform other related duties as required
- Implement, monitor, and improve our 24/7 network operations, as well as our managed services.
- Monitor use, capacity, and performance of network & systems
- Ensure required high availability of IT servers system
- Coordinate and manage team resource allocation to facilitate optimal delivery service
- Ensure incident management protocols and process are effectively and consistently followed
- Maintain effective security/backup and disaster recovery processes and system
- Ensure IT assets are recorded, protected and refreshed to deliver the agreed SLA
Job requirements - It is an advantage when holding these extra formal certifications: A+, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VCP, Symantec -
- Backup Exec, Storage Management & System Monitoring
- IT experience needed, including operating, moderating complex systems and programming. 5+ years’ experience
- Windows Server
- Virtualization
- Cloud computing (Advantageous)
- SQL server management (Advantageous)
- DC, DR Design
- Managing internal relationships and partnerships
- Good Teamwork
- Can work Independently
- Proactively handle daily work
- Good communication in English.
