About the company
Agilino Company Vietnam provides IT services to companies in Switzerland. Our first and biggest customer is Cleo AG. We support development and rollout of nu.education for the Swiss and Austrian market and plan to launch the education platform also in Vietnam.
Our current challenge is to scale from a few users to 100 and 1,000 concurrent users in 2023.
Objectives
Work in dev ops team in nu.education to provide a reliable service for the customers using modern devOps tools and technologies. We are currently using ansible and docker-compose together with github pipelines and are happy to adapt more technologies such as kubernetes or terraform as our team grows. Improve our grafana and ELK infrastructure to detect errors and problems. Build together with the team an AWS cloud deployment for Vietnam.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Ops team new product releases
• Work on deployment automation
• Use AWS to setup RDS (for database redundancy) and other services such as EKS (AWS managed docker containers) for Vietnam Region.
• Support cloud deployments in Swiss Region on a VPS while waiting for AWS in Zurich
• Teach junior colleagues on devOps stack
• Support Ops and Dev team finding bugs and problems in our infrastructure
Skills and qualifications
• Proficient use of English language in speaking and writing
• Motivation to learn new technologies adopted by the devOps team
• Passion to teach and learn new technologies and approaches in a team
• Good knowledge of shell (bash preferred)
• Good knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with build pipelines and virtualization
