Job Description We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and trends to identify opportunities for innovation
- Design and develop AI models, algorithms and applications for project development
- Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks
- Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
- Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques for data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functional teams to enhance functionalities of our AI services.
- Manage backend databases and ensure scalability and reliability of all AI solutions
- Document code, algorithms, and processes for future references
Job Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in AI development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Understanding of basic concepts in, Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning and deep learning.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Experience in AI libraries and Frameworks like TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent in English skills
- Good at communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud services and deployment (eg, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
