AI Lead: Lead research and development of AI image processing solutions and services in assigned market segments.

Planning & Strategy

Building Technical Roadmap

Proposed product development direction

Coordinate with business development department in developing new product and service segments

Research & Development of AI Projects

Research & apply new technology

Research, determine project objectives, scope, and technology

AI architecture design for products

Research and optimize model implementation, product development to ensure scalability and integration with infrastructure

Manage

Plan, organize implementation, assign work to ensure project progress and quality

Review the quality of professional work

Staff training and coaching

Recruiting, evaluating, motivating, motivating, and resolving team conflicts

Candidate requirements

Technical requirements:

University degree or higher in AI, IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and related majors or equivalent.

5 years or more experience in AI Vision field. Including at least 2 years managing AI engineering team

Have led the design and development of at least 1 AI Vision product

Good research ability, can evaluate and compare AI optimization models

Proficient in using one of the AI frameworks: Pytorch, Tensorflow.

Proficient in one of the following programming languages: Python, C++.

Proficient in using one of the AI model optimization libraries: TensorRT, ONXX Runtime.

Familiar with deploying AI models in Cloud and On Premise environments
