Job description

• Application Development: Design, build, and optimize high-quality Android platform features.
• Project Management: Track progress, ensure application meets requirements and timeline.
• Technology Upgrade: Research, adopt new trends and improve development processes.
• Code review & mentoring: Ensure code quality and promote each member's development.

Your skills and experience

Experience & Technique:

• 4+ years of Android development experience, including 1+ years in a team management role.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK.
• Understand Unit Test, UI Test, and Clean Code principles.
• Experience with Thread, Handler, Rxjava, Coroutines, and scheduling techniques
• Experience with Android patterns as MVP, MVVM, Clean architecture, Android Architecture
• Understanding of CI/CD, Firebase (FCM / Cloud Storage / Realtime Database).

Leadership qualities:

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Effective communication, motivation, and team management skills.
