Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Oversee and improve back-office functions, including administration, HR, accounting, legal, and procurement, providing reporting and decision-making support to the management team.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and improve back-office functions, including administration, HR, accounting, legal, and procurement
    • Provide reporting and decision-making support to the management team
    • Manage and optimize internal approval workflows and authorization processes
    • Handle escalations from various departments and drive issue resolution
    • Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies and compliance standards
    • Manage HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance review processes
    • Oversee vendor management, contract review, and renewal procedures
    • Establish and streamline operational processes in a startup-like environment
    • Communicate and coordinate with HQ in Japan or other global offices Collaborate with the finance/accounting team on invoice management and budget tracking

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Uni Graduated
    • Female candidate, approximately 3244 years old.
    • Business-level English proficiency; Japanese ability is a plus.
    • Over 5 years experience of Back-office management in a multinational / foreign IT company (ideally 50+ employees).
    • Experience in a startup environment is a strong plus.
    • At the same time, must have solid experience with processes typical of mid-sized organizations, such as approval workflows, escalation procedures, and cross-department coordination.
