Job Description:

• Participate in developing backend systems using Golang language.
• Design and deploy high-performance, scalable microservices.
• Integrate and process data through message broker systems like Kafka.
• Work with Elasticsearch to build a real-time data search and analysis system.
• Design and optimize relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL...).
• Coordinate with other teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA) to ensure product quality.
• Participate in code review, technical improvements and system performance. 

Your skills and experience

Technical requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience programming Golang in a real production environment.
• Master object-oriented programming (OOP), RESTful API architectural model.
• Experience working with Kafka (producer, consumer, topic management...).
• Understanding of Elasticsearch (index, mapping, query, aggregation...).
• Proficient in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL; know how to design schemas and optimize queries.
• Experience using Git, basic CI/CD.
• Good logical thinking, proactive, willing to learn and teamwork.

Plus points

• Learn more about Docker, Kubernetes, or some other message queue system.
• Have participated in a system with a large number of users, needing to optimize performance.
