Data Analysis Management

• Develop and implement business analysis methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to support business decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

Business Analysis

• Translate complex business process issues into technical requirements.
• Work closely with the Transformation team to ensure business needs are accurately captured and addressed.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Software Solution

• Collaborate with the software development team to provide technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
• Ensure that IT solutions are designed and implemented to enhance user experience and business productivity.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software team to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Software Architecture

• Conduct thorough reviews of software architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for architectural improvements.
• Ensure software architecture aligns with business goals and user experience requirements.

Other

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, UI/UX design, and software development.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
• Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
