Job details

• Receive, Survey, Collect, Analyze requirements from customers, analyze requirements and data, describe business processes, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and process/workflow analysis to come up with requirements for business, interface and software/project features.
• Consulting and agreeing on system business problems with customers
• Build, describe/specify functions and operations for products/services: URD, SRS.
• Design data models, create mockups or prototypes for projects
• Develop documents for business analysis work.
• Participate in the process of creating reports and analyzing data using BI tools: PowerBI, Tablaeu.
• Collaborate with development team to build software.
• Participate in the testing and acceptance process of products before handing over to customers.
• Provide customer guidance, implementation support, develop training materials and provide on-demand training.
• Receive and support handling of software and service error reports.
• Perform work reporting according to project regulations to project manager/relevant department.
• Consulting solutions and technology for projects.

Request

• 2-3 years of experience in software business analysis
• University degree or higher; Major related to Engineering such as IT, Computer Science, Mathematics - Information Technology,...
• Understanding of Agile/scrum product development process; entire product development life cycle
• Can use database management tools proficiently.
• Ability to use tools and languages to model business processes and design software (Visio, BPMN, UML...)
• Good at using one of the software interface design tools (Figma, Axure...)
• Skills in collecting requirements from customers such as: communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Skills in analyzing and designing software products, analyzing functional and non-functional requirements to build business requirement specifications for customers and project teams.
• Ability to work independently/in a team, problem solving skills, and ability to withstand high pressure
• Can be onsite at customers (Hanoi inner city area) when the project requires.
