Job details

• Work directly with customers, survey needs, analyze operating processes to build appropriate technology solutions.
• Plan and lead requirements review and analysis meetings with stakeholders, ensuring information is accurately captured and agreed upon.
• Write business process documentation (BRD), functional specifications (SRS), build system models and use cases.
• Closely connect with Design, Development, QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Suggest smart features (AI suggestions, automation...) to improve performance and user experience.
• Participate in cross testing, validate output quality before deployment.
• Monitor new technology trends, contribute ideas for medium and long term product improvement.

Request

• Graduated from IT, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years BA experience .
• Have direct experience working with customers and leading requirements analysis meetings.
• Good analytical and communication skills; logical thinking, effective problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL ; knowing VBA is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask in a high-tech environment.
