NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for implementing a robust Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth analyses of existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement process enhancements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of the MES with existing systems, guaranteeing a cohesive technological environment.
• Actively participate in stakeholder meetings and regular discussions with the technical team to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing use cases, functional specifications, and intricate workflow diagrams.
• Lead and support the testing phase by formulating and executing test scenarios, meticulously documenting test results, and ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of the system.
• Contribute to user training and extend support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth user adoption and system utilization.

YÊU CẦU:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in using Google Office Suite, Figma, Draw.io, Balsamiq, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• High-level skills in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and system testing methodologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other related software.
• Familiarity with production workflows, materials planning, and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to MES, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cycle time.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data related to manufacturing operations using SQL.
• Experience with SaaS or PaaS solutions.
