WORK CONTENT

- Analyze and define business requirements through working with stakeholders and organizing workshops.

- Evaluate technology solutions and coordinate closely with the IT team to promote, develop and deploy solutions.

- Create detailed scenario documents including SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) and Use Cases.

- Assist in performing user tests (UAT) to verify bugs/issues ensuring the application meets quality standards before release.

- Monitor and report on project progress, as well as handle arising issues.

REQUEST

- University graduate in Information Technology, business management or related fields

- Minimum 2 years of experience in BA position

- Understanding of business processes and information technology

- Analytical skills, synthesizing reports, controlling information, and solving problems

- Good communication, individual and group work, able to withstand high pressure
