Job Description

• Evoke, collect & analyze customer requirements for products. Consult and discuss with customers to optimize requirements.
• Build product concepts, coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure requirements are feasible when implemented as well as highly aesthetic, meeting user experience requirements.
• Building and managing requirements documents at BRD, URD, PRD, SRS levels - providing a system of documents describing business processes, business processing requirements specifications, system requirements (functional & non-functional).
• Plan and orient product features. Support PO & PM to evaluate the priority level between features, on that basis plan to develop features in each version.
• Coordinate with technical development and testing teams during product development, provide information support, and resolve issues related to system processing requirements when issues arise that lead to changes in requirements.
• Participate in feature review before implementing conversion between environments, ensuring the product is built according to the set direction, meets the right requirements and solves the right problems for customers.

Track project progress information to grasp the development status of software features, handle software errors, test software - support information exchange with customers.

• Knowledge:
  • Ability to flexibly use techniques in software business analysis such as requirements gathering techniques, functional decomposition, modeling, writing requirements types BRD, URD, PRD, SRS...
  • Proficient in using tools to support flowchart construction, wireframe/prototype design.
  • Have knowledge of Agile/Waterfall software development processes.
• Skill:

  • Have problem solving skills, teamwork skills.
• Prioritize:
  • Candidates who are fluent in English and have worked with foreign partners

Candidates with experience in BA of telecommunications related projects

- University degree in IT/Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Banking and other related fields.

- Have experience participating in software project development as BA 2-3 years of experience

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the telecommunications field or who have participated in cooperation projects with network operators.
