Job description

• Communicate with customers to analyze legacy systems;
• Synthesize and convert business requirements into software functional requirements and hand them over to the product design and development team;
• Manage/track change requests;
• Check software quality and features to ensure they are suitable for the business before handing over to customers;
• Contact point for answering questions with units in the Center about products;
• Project document management, Documentation, product URD description;
• The focal point organizes meetings between business units and software development teams.

Your skills and experience

• University graduate majoring in IT or IT background.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst.
• Have skills and experience with SQL, Data Modeling.
• Good writing skills, proficient in using Business Process, Wireframe, Mockup creation tools.
• Have knowledge of UI/UX.
• Priority is given to candidates who understand the Agile software development process and have testing/coding skills.
