• Participate in digital transformation projects: CRM, ERP,...
• Survey, collect and analyze requirements from customers, write specification documents.
• Be a bridge between customers and internal teams.
• Analyze and describe business flows, update documents when there are changes.
• Train users when new features or system updates are available.

Your skills and experience

• Male, university graduate in Finance, Business, IT, Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of product BA experience, preferably in SaaS/B2B.
• Proficient in systems: CRM, ERP; understanding production processes, warehouses, and bills of lading is an advantage.
• Have skills in writing documents, designing wireframes, prototypes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel when needed.
