Job Details- Receive and research business requirements and provide business consulting for projects in the Banking system.
- In-depth analysis to evaluate and provide suitable technological solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant groups (PM, Dev, Tester...) to ensure progress and quality of work.
- Provide solutions to customers on business, solutions and features.
- Manage changes in requirements from the Customer and within the project.
- Perform other duties as required by the Manager
Candidate requirements- Have at least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA), including working on banking projects or having experience and knowledge in banking, payments, and e-wallets (If you do not have banking experience, require at least 4 years of experience)
- Understand detailed BA work, good BA skills (customer interview, information collection, business modeling, requirements analysis...)
- Ability to interact well with the business department to receive and analyze requirements, have IT background, knowledge of databases, and write SRS documents.
- Good communication, presentation, work exchange and situation handling skills
