Research and Analyze business requirements of technology products in the fields of loyalty, gamification, customer behavior, UI/UX.
Building a solution for the Game application promotion management system based on digital technology, applying multi-customer and multi-application at the same time.
Perform analysis and build business requirements specification documents, design documents for use cases (use cases), prototype interfaces (prototypes, wireframes) and business processes (workflow) for development team software
Assist project manager in project planning and implementation.
Support the software product quality control team to build test scenarios to ensure that the test cases are complete and meet the correct business specifications.
Coordinate with other departments to implement internal projects of the company, develop the image and brand of the company
Support product deployment, monitor and report results to management
Candidate Requirements
Graduated from a regular university or higher, preferably in IT, Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, E-commerce
Minimum 01 year of experience in IT and data analysis
Experience in developing and implementing IT systems such as loyalty, gamification, and VAS services is an advantage
Ability to use analysis and design tools for work such as SQL data tools, Postman, JMeter or similar test and API tools.
Ability to work in groups and independently
Well organized, hardworking, honest and able to work under pressure
Self-learning ability and love to learn, high sense of responsibility, meticulous, careful.
Have opinions, know how to criticize, have persuasion skills
Ability to read and understand documents and research in English

Working 5 days/week (from Monday to Friday).
