Receive and survey to fully collect requirements and desires from customers and end users.
Understanding the operations of products in the company's ecosystem and having knowledge about Camera and VMS is an advantage.
Research similar products to get ideas and perfect the product design.
Business analysis based on collected requirements, converted into detailed design analysis documents.
Develop user manuals and transfer documents for end users.
Report work results periodically to management, update project progress and propose solutions to arising problems.
Candidate requirements:
Graduated from University or higher, IT major is preferred.
Have good thinking, agility, grasp problems quickly.
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information.
Ability to write documents, communicate well, and present problems well.
Able to communicate with customers, willing to go on business trips/onsite with customers.
Have understanding of the process of writing consulting documents, technical economic reports, technical proposal documents, etc. for the city's information technology programs and projects.
Having knowledge of UI/UX is an advantage.
