Job description

Conduct surveys, collect requirements and work items from customers, department staff, evaluate feasibility and related impacts.

Brainstorm design ideas using storyboards, process diagrams, and sitemaps.

Design prototypes (Mockups) for products and user interfaces.

Create and manage documentation systems: requirements specification documents, system specifications, feature lists, software user manuals.

Provide guidance and support to product users and troubleshoot problems when they occur.

Your skills and experience

Male, Female: 24-29 years old, graduated from University

Minimum 1 year experience in similar position

Have skills: Analysis and problem solving, planning, presentation, communication and teamwork.

Have knowledge of Agile, Waterfall software development process....

Proficient in using techniques such as: Brainstorming; Backlog Management; Use Cases and Scenarios; User Stories; Business Rules Analysis

Read and understand English well.

Have good thinking and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and research and apply.

Work smart, pay attention to details, adhere to assigned schedules.
