CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Giao tiếp với khách hàng và các nhóm để hiểu yêu cầu, phân tích yêu cầu dự án dựa trên tài liệu được cung cấp, hỗ trợ Quản lý dự án trong việc giao tiếp với khách hàng để nắm bắt yêu cầu và phân tích yêu cầu dự án.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Communicate with clients and all the teams for client’s requirements understanding.
• Analyze project requirements based on given documents.
• Support Project Manager in communicating with customers to get requirements, analyze project requirements.
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client.
• Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Forex News supplier, …).
• Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis): +Create Feature List (if needed); +Create SRS (System Requirement Spec); +Create Architecture Design; +Create Database Design; +Create Basic Design.
• Review Detail Design, Testcase.
• Answer Q&A of customers and developers.

YÊU CẦU:

• Gender: Any.
• Age: under 33 years old.
• Education: graduate from uni major IT or equivalent (không nhận ứng viên học ngắn hạn).
• Experience: At least 3 years as programmer in Web based Software Solutions; At least 1 year as System Analyst or Business Analyst for Web Based application; Have experience in Architecture Solution is an advantage.
• Good understanding of client’s business requirements.
• Good design documentation is required.
• Good at English command.
• Good UML design is required.
• Have good knowledge at database.
• Have experience with Software Project workflow.
• Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
• Ready to work overtime.
