Job Description

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the companys IT services portfolio.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead the pre-sale process, including prospecting, pitching, meeting and exploring deals.
• Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and KPI reports, draw limitation & suggest improvement initiatives
• Process training and mentor fresh business development executives
