- Surveys collect customer feedback to help improve and develop products.
- Observe and monitor customers' business needs to promptly provide additional packages and services.
- Resolve customer problems and concerns during use, record customer suggestions and forward to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to find solutions to problems customers encounter during operations.
- Report directly daily and monthly to the team leader.
- Coordinate the implementation of data reports as assigned by the team management team leader.
Coordinate and support the implementation of related or arising tasks assigned by direct management.

- Having customer consulting, persuasion and negotiation skills is an advantage.
- Good English.

- Knowing how to use graphic design software is an advantage.
3️. Policy:- Wage:
+ Onboarding Agent: Basic 8M gross + commission.
+ Operation support specialist (Success Agent): Basic: 9M gross + commission
- Social insurance, health insurance according to state regulations
- Quarterly bonus, 13th and 14th month bonus based on work performance.
- Salary review every 6 months or 1 year.
4. Working information:- Working time: 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, closed on Saturday and Sunday.
