Management and maintenance of computer systems (hardware, software).
Manage internal network system (LAN, Wifi).
Support users in troubleshooting computer, software, and network problems.
Install and configure software and applications.
Manage and maintain office equipment (printers, photocopiers, projectors...).
Manage the company email system.
Ensure network security and data privacy.
Office work:
Support office activities, set up company programs and events.
Coordinate with HR Department and contractors in construction, repair... of assets and office equipment.
Perform other office administrative tasks as required.
Candidate requirements
University graduate majoring in: Information Technology, Telecommunications or related majors.
Gender: Male.
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux...), computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wifi), network protocols.
Knowledge of office equipment (printers, photocopiers...).
Knowledge of information security and network security.
Understanding of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace...), ERP software systems.
Knowledgeable about assets, machinery, office equipment.
Computer, software, and network troubleshooting skills; Software and application installation and configuration skills; Network administration skills.
Good communication and user support skills; Teamwork and independent working skills; Time management skills and ability to withstand work pressure; Enthusiastic, dynamic, responsible for work; Careful, meticulous, patient.
Interest
Salary: 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month.
