I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- We advise and recommend technological solutions that meet the needs and goals of our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, implement, and manage projects/services effectively.
- Providing guidance and training to users during the adoption of new products/services; receiving and processing requests through various support channels.
- Prepare periodic service reports and provide technology recommendations to customers.
- Provide technical support, resolve IT issues promptly, and ensure quality and compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor, record, and address support requests; maintain complete and accurate records.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance/on-site checks; update and report technical issues to improve service quality.
- Perform warranty service, after-sales care, and assist with handover procedures upon service completion.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Professional requirements
- Graduated with a degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in an IT services company.
- Knowledge of hardware, computer networks, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and network security...
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networks, firewall platforms, endpoint security, Microsoft, and Google.
- Capable of installing, configuring, and using devices and software.
- Possess one of the following certifications: MCSA, CCNA, or an equivalent certification.
- Having one of the following certifications: MCSE, CCNP, Microsoft 365, or MS Azure is an advantage.
- Basic conversational English (reading, understanding, and responding to customer emails).
2. Skill requirements
- Good communication skills
- Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer, network, network system, and server issues.
- The ability to conduct independent research and learn new technologies.
