• Research the market, analyze customer needs and propose plans to deploy IT products and services.
• Carry out business, Pre-sale, and customer consulting for Digital Solution/Digital Platform products.
• Develop and implement business action programs and product sales policies.
• Provide guidance on business implementation for MobiFone provinces.
• Coordinate with units to implement outreach programs to introduce products to potential customers.
• Receive requests for support, technical support, and customer care.
• Compile business data reports.
