Job Description

• Coordinate with sales to advise customers on products or services: answer questions about products or services, introduce features, benefits and how to use the product. At the same time, provide progress and implementation time details according to customer requirements.
• Survey customer needs; analyze; advise and propose appropriate information technology models, solutions and products.
• Project Implementation: Plan and implement a project based on customer needs; review and provide technical proposals that best satisfy the customer.
• Working hours: Monday-Friday (morning 8am-12pm, afternoon 1pm-5pm).

Job Requirements

• Degree: University.
• Graduated from IT - Information Technology or related fields
• Understand the operating principles of Client-Server, Peer-to-Peer models
• Understand the operation of Video Management System and Video Analytics software; understand security surveillance software products such as Milestone XProtect, Nx Witness, Briefcam...
• Knowledge of IP LAN, WAN, VPN network architecture; hardware infrastructure serving software: servers, storage, graphics cards
• Good understanding of software architecture (C++/C#, Java, Python), system architecture (OpenStack, Kubernetes platforms...), operating systems (Windows Server, Ubuntu, Linux), REST API/SDK
• Have knowledge of Deep Learning, Machine Learning
