Job Details
- Participate in projects with different domains such as: human resource management, supply chain management, especially aviation related domains.
- Work with stake holders to understand business requirements.
- Analyze business, clarify requirements, and agree on implementation scope.
- Model requirements using business flow diagrams, build mockups and prototypes for the project.
- Develop project documents according to standard procedures (BRD, FSD, User manual ...)
- Coordinate with programming and testing teams during project implementation to ensure features and operations meet user requirements.
- Control business changes during project implementation.
- Report work progress to Project Management and Company Management.
- Research and propose new product features based on customer and market needs.
- Research competitor products and market trends to come up with improvement ideas.

Candidate requirements
- University degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a BA or equivalent, user-oriented and business-oriented thinking.
- Foreign language: English, TOEIC certificate from 500 or equivalent
-Have the following Certificates/Certifications (if not, commitment can be considered):
+ Basic Business Analysis (BA)
+ Estimate investment costs for information technology applications
- Understand detailed BA work, good BA skills (problem elicitation, information gathering, requirements analysis, business modeling, ...)
- Good communication, presentation, logical thinking, critical thinking and planning skills. Good time management skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Understand the software development process
- Good at using one of the following tools: Figma, Axure RP, Draw, Balsamiq...
- Experience related to ERP, HRM is an advantage.
- Proficient in office software and specialized tools for work (Visio, Draw)
- Priority is given to candidates with business analysis certificates (ECBA, CCBA...).
