Job Description
- Develop internal applications on No-code/Low-code platforms to serve reporting needs, data synthesis and decision support.
- Integrate reporting systems with data from ERP, CRM, Excel, external APIs, etc.
- Coordinate with BA position and departments (sales, operations, accounting...) to collect needs and build appropriate process flow.
- Apply AI tools (chatbots, automatic analysis, warnings, suggestions...) in workflows to improve decision-making efficiency.
- Manage No-code platforms like Bubble, Knack, NocoAI, ServiceNow, AppSheet, Power Automate, Notion etc.
- Guide internal users to exploit and use the system, continuously improve features based on actual feedback.

Detailed Experience / Skills
- Graduated from related fields of IT, Information Systems, Data Analysis or have suitable technical background.
- Have at least 2 years of experience developing applications on No code or Low-code platforms.
- Experienced in implementing process management systems, automated reports, dashboards or internal workflows.
- Have good systematic and logical thinking, ability to think like a user.
- Have basic knowledge of API, data processing, webhooks,... and understand the concept of system integration.
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of BI (Google Data Studio, Power BI) and AI applications in businesses.
