Job Description
Analyze and research market dynamics, target customers (Competitive Apps, Doctors, Clinics, Users) for the medical/health market in general and the Company in particular.
Plan and execute the work according to the plan.
Implement (implement) approved plans and programs. Collect information, evaluate the effectiveness of market development programs, business support.
Proposing ideas for the brand's battle plans.
Building a database of current and potential customer segments: habits, habits, trends of people who have decision-making power to use the service, potential relationships, etc.
Research the needs of the customer areas of the Sales Department: Doctors, Clinics, Pharmacies, Users. Send all necessary brochures, catalogs, quotes, etc.
Analyze feedback data from customers, make statistical tables to give results from feedback data, send feedback to relevant departments.
Analyze tables and charts, draw relevant comments and recommendations.
Support in planning/programming/content of the work that needs to be done with relevant departments, in order to promote the market and promote product consumption.
Coordinate and support related personnel in the Company to complete common tasks.
Strictly comply with the regulations, processes and regulations of the Company and the Department.
Weekly written reports to direct managers and monthly, quarterly, 6-month preliminary and annual reports as prescribed.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Manager within the scope of functions, tasks and powers of the Department.
