JOB DESCRIPTION:
Application Administrator (QTUD Card / QTUD Core Banking)
1. Monitor and handle user support requests through IT service management software system (ITSM) including:
For Card Application Administrator:
+ Guide and support users to use the Card system;
+ Configuring parameterization of Card, ATM, POS products;
+ Receive, analyze and handle problems arising during the operation of the Card system;
+ Extract data in databases provided to business units upon request.
For Core Banking Application Administrator:
+ Guide and support users to use Core Banking;
+ Configure and configure Core Banking products;
+ Receive, analyze and handle problems arising during Core Banking operation;
2. The focal point to participate in meetings with professional units in the assigned field.
3. On duty at the end of the calendar day (If assigned).
4. Perform other related jobs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with major in training: Information Technology, Information System, Data Science (preferably candidates who graduate with major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and Banking).
- Skilled in database mining in SQL language.
- Priority will be given to candidates who have working experience similar to the system of PG Bank (Way4).
- English: Listen and read well.
- Analytical, synthesis and problem solving skills.
- Honesty, discipline, creativity.
- Group skill.
- Ability to self-study and self-study independently.
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
