- Programming and optimizing functions, reports, forms on SAP system to operate stably, and effectively support production and business activities.
- Coordinating with the Head of Department and related departments to develop a plan for disaster recovery when the SAP system has a problem.
- Respond to all requests for new development services, corrections, updates for functions, reports, forms on SAP system, within 2 hours, and resolved within working day depending on level priority
- Receive other support requests from branch offices, or partners, etc. with guaranteed support according to the "high, medium, low" priority as above.
- Analyze & guide users to solve similar situations in the future. Create tutorials and tools for end users to improve remote support.
- Collect feedback and expectations from Head of Department, SAP Functional, BPO, and Key User on updating and developing new functions, reports, forms on SAP system.
- Complete projects related to SAP system according to the plan proposed to the System Manager
- Optimize and ensure SAP system's processes in accordance with Company policy.
