• Analyze affiliate traffic and performance, identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the traffic, funnel and risk teams to align affiliate strategies with overall traffic management and risk mitigation projects.
• Develop and implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize conversion rates from affiliate networks.
• Monitor and report on affiliate performance, alerting the team to any abnormalities or risks in affiliate traffic or behavior.
• Provide comprehensive analytics and insights on affiliate campaigns, contributing to strategic decisions and customer segmentation efforts.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in CRO, with a specific focus on affiliate traffic, performance analysis and ping tree.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
