Job Description

1. Managing company projects:

• Plan the project, assign work to members. Implement and control the implementation to ensure the progress and quality of the contract.
• Manage resources and coordinate survey, analysis, design, development of design documents and other project related documents.
• Be the focal point for communication with customers to coordinate project implementation, support customers within the scope of the project during implementation.
• Track contract payment milestones and collect debts.
• Update project implementation information on the company's digital system.
• Resolve issues and changes that arise during implementation
• Review meeting after project completion
• Report progress daily or escalate as required

2. Coordinate with sales staff during the process of preparing bidding documents and negotiating contracts to ensure technical factors and implementation progress.

Candidate requirements

• University degree in IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Have 1-3 years of experience or more in the field of project management, priority given to those who have worked on integration projects in Banking, Database, Data analyst, Data solution, Data Archive
• Understand and flexibly apply Waterfall, agile, scrum project management models
• Flexible communication, responsible, team spirit, open-minded
• Good English communication (minimum TOEIC 700)
• Prioritize :
• - Have experience as Technical lead, BA...
• - Have PMP/ACP/PSM certificate
• - Priority is given to male candidates with experience working and coordinating IT projects, having managed software/hardware projects for BFSI/Banking/Enterprise clients or with foreign partners.
