JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves covering the APAC daytime period for monitoring, alert reaction, and collaborating with Support in Australia and Japan for issue resolution. It also acts as an escalation point for development resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cover APAC daytime period for monitoring, alert reaction, collaboration with Support in Australia and Japan in case of issues and act as an escalation entity if development resources need to Be involved to solve problems.
- Collaborate with DevOps team in Europe on customer setups, improvements, release preparations, CI/CD automation etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Related Studies.
- Experience in DevOps or related positions.
- Fluent in English
- Have deep knowledge about these technology stack: Azure DevOps, Deploy app on Azure Portal
- Timely Communication (Oral and written) & Escalations.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficient in Tự Động Hóa, knowledge of Linux and experienced with DevOps, azure as well as Tiếng Anh.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Engineer, Software, CNTT khác, Developer, and Kỹ Sư khác.
