Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Embedded Software Development:
  • Design, develop, and test embedded software for power electronic systems, including AC-DC converters and EV fast chargers.
  • Implement real-time control algorithms for power conversion and energy management systems.
  • Optimize software for performance, safety, and reliability in embedded systems.
• System Integration:
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
  • Develop and maintain firmware for microcontrollers, DSPs, and other embedded platforms used in power electronic systems.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of communication protocols for system monitoring and control (eg, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet).
• Testing and Validation:
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate embedded software against system requirements.
  • Perform hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations to verify software performance in real-world scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to power electronics and control systems.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, code, and testing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and EMC requirements.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power electronics, embedded systems, and EV charging technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and tools.

Candidate requirements

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in embedded software development, preferred in power electronics applications.
  • Strong knowledge of AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, and inverter technologies.
  • Experience with EV charging systems, particularly fast chargers, is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.
  • Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) and control theory as applied to power electronics.
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers or DSPs in power electronics applications.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (eg, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet) used in industrial and automotive systems.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Based on Candidate's experience and ability, salary is from VND 14,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 per month;
