Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products. This position requires strong English communication skills for daily interaction with our US-based team. You will be involved in test planning, execution, and issue resolution, contributing directly to the quality assurance process. This role provides a great opportunity to further develop your testing skills while working in a dynamic international environment

Your skills and experience

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with both Vietnam and US-based teams using English to discuss testing strategies, clarify project requirements, and resolve reported issues

Contribute to the development of detailed test plans and test cases

Set up and configure testing environments and devices as needed

Execute manual test cases, document test results, and report defects

Provide constructive feedback on the quality assurance process and actively participate in process improvements

Requirements:

Proficiency in English, strong communication skills for collaboration with the US team

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices

Strong attention to detail and approach to testing, focus on identifying and reporting defects

Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of software development

Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in manual testing of software applications

Experience with API testing, device testing (Linux/macOS) is a strong advantage
