Support installation, configuration, maintenance of hardware, software and network systems.

• Support company users on IT related issues (computers, email, software, network connections, etc.).
• Participate in projects to develop and upgrade the company's IT systems.
• Support checking and updating user manuals for software and internal systems.
• Research and propose technological solutions to improve work performance.
• Support system testing and security, periodic data backup.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
