Job Description

The EOMS Program Team is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join the EOMS Development Team. The Ideal Candidate will have deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.

As a Front-End Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly, and efficient solutions for the Enterprise Operations Management System.

Position Responsibilities

Front-End Development

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks like React and Next

Implement pixel-perfect designs from UI/UX specifications

Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Back-End Development

Develop server-side logic and APIs using technologies like Node.js, React.js, and Next.js

Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) to support application requirements

Ensure application scalability, security, and performance

Full Stack Collaboration

Collaborate with designers, Product Managers, and other Developers to translate ideas into functional code

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues across the stack

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Deployment & Maintenance

Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments

Monitor and optimize deployed applications for performance and uptime

Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements

Candidate requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer

Strong knowledge of Front End Technologies: HTML, Java Script, Type Script, CSS, and Tailwind CSS

Strong knowledge of Back End Technologies: Node.js React.js, Next.js, Supabase, Postgres SQL, MongoDB, and Elastic Search

Must have at least 1-3 years General Work Experience

Must have at least 1-3 years of Experience in Full Stack Development

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
