Job details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and system design
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications
- Work directly with clients and project managers in English to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in fullstack development
- Proficient in ReactJS and one of the following backend stacks:
- NodeJS (Express/NestJS)
- Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, modern JavaScript, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Good command of spoken and written English (comfortable joining calls and writing technical documents)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
