- Write high quality and testable code, following clean code principles and SOLID design.
- Propose and discuss complex technical solutions, create design documentation.
- Communicate with customers, clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Plan and organize work for tasks and projects, and perform functions without direct supervision.
- Perform performance analysis and troubleshooting for existing solutions.
- Work with operations team and end users to ensure project deliverables are accepted and released into production environments.
- Analyze and improve application performance, efficiency and stability.
- Identify and fix problems, errors and bottlenecks in the system.
- Participate in Scrum events.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the following programming languages: PHP, Ruby, Golang, NodeJS, Javascript, React...
- Deep understanding of relational databases (RDB) and proper use.
- Design the program with flexible changeability and easy expansion from requirements.
- Review source code and ensure code quality of other engineers.
- Investigate and resolve unknown issues.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively under pressure.
- Good logical thinking and problem solving.
- Experience working with Linux based systems.
- Basic English communication
- Experience in software development using Agile methodology.
