• Collaborate with teams to Research, Develop and simultaneously shape how games will be developed in the future.
• Collaborate with teams to design, optimize and operate in-game systems.
• Continuously analyze game and market metrics in detail to reinforce conclusions or draw valuable insights.
• Build and present documents that are easy to understand, informative and systematic.

Candidate requirements

• Interest in playing a variety of game genres, analyzing and understanding major game titles, defining gameplay - playing style - enjoying experiences from a Player's perspective.
• Absolute passion and desire to grow professionally with game design.
• Extensive knowledge of game design, experience in game design is a plus.
• Understanding of Game Mechanics, UI UX Flow, Story, Art style - mood, Animation, Sound - Music...
• Knowledge of other product or design areas is a big plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good math skills, can shape metrics to create test cases, plan key data in game development and optimization.
• Read and understand English fluently.
