Job Description

• Plan strategic goals and monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for the sales department.
• Plan budget to achieve goals
• Develop customer strategies, products and services for each market
• Develop training and development plans for the sales team
• Build, adjust and perfect the system of operating procedures and regulations
• Deploy strategic goals and action plans to the entire team below
• Implement exploitation and development activities to expand customer and market scope.
• Direct and deploy sales activities to maintain old customers and develop new customers through appropriate channels
• Direct, supervise, guide and evaluate results and adjust the work of affiliated departments
• Recruit and select suitable personnel to meet job requirements and objectives
• Arrange and arrange human resources appropriately to maximize business performance and efficiency
• Training and coaching human resources to develop and improve team capacity
• Make periodic and arising reports
• Basic salary: Negotiable + % commission + allowances
