1. Managing and coordinating regional business activities:

- Responsible for managing and coordinating all business activities in the assigned area (North, Central, South)

- Plan, organize and supervise daily business operations of the area

2. Develop business strategy and plan:

- Develop business strategies and market development plans for the assigned area

- Periodically evaluate and update business strategies to align with the market and company goals

3. Supervise and support Provincial Sales Director:

- Monitor the performance of Provincial Sales Directors

- Support and guide Provincial Sales Directors in achieving business goals

4. Evaluate business performance and propose improvements:

- Monitor and evaluate the business performance of the area

- Propose measures to improve processes, enhance performance and optimize resources

5. Report and propose business plan:

- Report weekly and monthly business results to the National Sales Director

- Propose new business plans and solutions when necessary

6. Developing customer and partner relationships:

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region

- Search and exploit new business opportunities
