Becoming a Graphic Designer of Apec Group, you will conquer challenges such as:
- Participate in developing key visual creative ideas (main images) according to creative requirements (Creative Brief) for assigned campaigns and product introductions. Specific tasks such as finding documents and images to develop initial idea options and browsers
- Deploy design of media publications in different formats, helping to optimize advertising effectiveness on media channels from time to time.
- Ensure technical design quality and optimized messages through layout forms depending on the format of the communication channel (eg: leaflet, POSM for interior use, QC signage, POSM for outdoor use; booth QC at events, new and popular formats on digital channels).
- Introduce and update successful examples (case studies) of new design styles in the industry and/or target customer groups according to the bank's target segments.
- Coordinate with the content department to complete media publications used on popular advertising tools/platforms (digital, non-digital) on the market. Ensure consistency with the regulations in the Brand Guideline when implementing detailed publication design.
- Cultivate your own professional knowledge, keep up with new media style trends and share with internal teams. Develop your own leadership skills through sharing and optimizing skills
- Have experience of 3 years or more in a similar position;
- Have knowledge and skills related to Graphic Design (advanced level), Photography (intermediate level), 3d modeling (intermediate level), UI/UX design (basic level), Video Editor (intermediate level)
- Proficient in using software in the Adobe Suite (eg: Photoshop, Inlustrator, In-Design, Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effect, Audio); Being able to use 3D software is an advantage
- Understanding and experience in functions related to advertising communications, especially the role and influence of design and content on short-term (program KPIs) & long-term (personality) effectiveness trademark).
- Interact with stakeholders: Initiate and maintain relationships between departments within the corporation
- Have a basic understanding of the differences between segments and customer groups to apply or adjust levels of creativity and content delivery style to help ensure the effectiveness of advertising messages to be built on respective Customer sets.
