- Job details:

- Acting as a liaison between Japanese clients and the development team (Dev/QA/PM)

- Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients.

- Write documents: Requirement Definition (要件定義) Basic Design (基本設計) User Story / Use Case

- Communicate and coordinate requests in Japanese (meetings, chat, email)

- Support the development team in correctly understanding business logic and requirements.

- Participate in product reviews, ensuring output meets customer expectations.

- Propose process/product improvements based on business insights.

- Job requirements:

• University graduate

• 2+ years of experience as a BA / BrSE

• Experienced in working directly with Japanese clients.

• Fluent in spoken Japanese (N2 level or higher).
