Job Description

JOB DETAILS
• Create product code (Or inherit product code of supplier)
• Prepare purchase documents, check goods and warehouse goods when they arrive.
• Make payment voucher for purchase of goods to supplier
• Create a warehouse return order to return goods to supplier
• Make a receipt for the supplier to refund money due to returned goods
• Daily inventory check
• Transfer goods from the company to the branch, report the product code to the branch.
• Check goods with warehouse and transport
• Work with suppliers to get purchase invoices, update product information to NXT file
• Reconcile supplier debt - Make payment to supplier
• Track separate shipping costs for HCM and STATIONS for each order
• Track shipping, make shipping orders
