Job description
ASO/ Analyze:

• App market analysis on GooglePlay and Appstore.
• Improved conversion and display optimization on GooglePlay and Appstore.

User Acquisition:

• Managing strategies and setting up advertising campaigns on advertising platforms Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Search Ads, IronSource, ...
• Optimize content and performance metrics of digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with product team to develop marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with support department to prepare Marketing documents, set up Adwords campaigns, Facebook Ads.
• Use data and A/B testing to analyze user behavior, measure indicators of CPI, LTV or ROAs, etc. to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Make weekly reports and adjust marketing campaigns.
• Orientation and advice on suitable advertising strategies for products
• Contribute ideas and develop the project with the BOD

Job requirements

• Experience in digital marketing in the field of mobile game/app from 1.5 years or more
• Knowledge of or used to work in the field of Casual, Hyper Casual games, ..
• Know how to use tools to analyze data such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Firebase...
• Being able to monetize adnetwork is a big advantage
• Ability to lead and direct the team is an advantage
• Creative, enthusiastic, open-minded, responsible and want to conquer.
• Analytical thinking with acumen and logic.
• Self-leadership and market sensitivity
• Ability to communicate and use English.
