Candidate requirements
- New graduates, accepting final year IT majors can work full-time.
- Proficient in Winform, .NET Webform or ASP.NET, C#, MVC/MVC 5 programming.
- Broad knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap, Jquery.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful service/Web API.
- Ability to use SQL or Oracle.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, good communication skills.
- Consciousness of progress, perseverance, willingness to learn and responsibility for work.
Interest
Salary and bonus:
- Average income: 5 - 10 million/month.
- Fixed salary 5 million + KPI salary
- KPI:
- Complete > 90% of assigned tasks on time and meet quality requirements.
- Source code has at least 80% code coverage and passes code review.
- KPI evaluation is usually done periodically (monthly or quarterly) by the intern's direct supervisor and manager.
- Salary paid on time on the 10th and 11th of every month, committed to no salary arrears or late salary payments.
- Internship period: 3 - 6 months (depending on assessment during internship).
