Job Description

Job Details
• Act as an effective bridge between Japanese customers and Vietnamese development team.
• Communicate and clarify requirements via chat, email, and video meetings with customers.
• Gather requirements, analyze business and write documents: Business Requirement, Workflow, Basic Design, Detailed Design.
• Project Management: Planning, controlling schedule, scope and quality.
• Coordinate and monitor development and QC teams to ensure projects are implemented on schedule.
• Support product testing and delivery to customers.
• Propose solutions to optimize project processes and quality.

Job Requirements
• Japanese N2 or higher (priority given to good communication and document writing skills).
• Minimum 3 years of BrSE/IT Comtor experience, including 2 years of technical experience (Developer, system engineer, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of software project management experience.
• Understand software development process, familiar with Agile, Waterfall.
• Ability to analyze business, write basic and detailed design documents.
• Effective organizational, planning, communication, problem solving and team management skills.
• Proactive spirit, high responsibility, can-do mindset, willing to learn new technology (AI, AWS, Cloud).
• Have experience living/working in Japan.
• Have PMP, PMI-ACP certification or have studied PMBOK.
• Have a background in programming, testing or have participated in web, cloud, startup projects, especially projects with AI applications.
