Job Description

IT Business Analyst is an important position in the Product team, responsible for managing and allocating work items of the product development team to support the development and deployment of software products in product development. You will work closely with the technical, sales, marketing and partner teams to ensure that software products meet customer needs and the company's development direction. Specific tasks include:

• Participate directly in the design process of real software projects.
• Manage and allocate team work items.
• Analyze business operations and complete necessary documentation when developing software.
• Collect, define and refine product requirements from customer requests.
• Build user flow diagrams and wireframes for the product.
• Analyze user requirements, design specifications and monitor product development progress.
• Act as a liaison between different development departments to ensure products meet requirements, are of good quality and are on schedule.
• Research and propose creative ideas and solutions to improve customer products.
• Manage progress and quality to deliver products to customers.

Candidate requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst, Product Management or related fields of software and information technology.
• Experience working with software projects, understanding of software development process (SDLC), and Agile, Scrum methods.
• Experience working with partners or software vendors is a plus.
• Dynamic, meticulous, eager to learn and highly responsible.
• Highly disciplined and good at managing work and time.
• Proficient in English, including speaking and writing skills.
• Have good research and analytical skills.
• Interested in and research UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team.
• Priority is given to candidates with basic graphic design skills, using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch or Figma.
• Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of Digital Marketing, Software or Game/Gamification.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working in an international environment and understanding of global software markets.
